Fleas
(Siphonaptera)
The most common species is the cat flea, which often feasts on cats, dogs and humans. Fleas cannot fly but they are excellent Jumpers. Fleas have what is referred to as a complete life cycle; egg, larva, pupa and adult. Addressing the Fleas life cycle is imperative in order to achieve eradication. If the pupa stage is not addressed properly the Flea can remain dormant and protected in their Pupa Stage only to resurface several months later.
